Steakhouse
The Choctaw Steakhouse
This is where locals go when they want a legit steak dinner without leaving the casino—the ribeyes are thick-cut and actually cooked right if you ask for medium-rare, which they respect. The prime rib is a huge draw on weekends, and the sides (loaded baked potato, creamed corn) are generous portions that actually taste homemade rather than pre-fab. The diinng room has that classic steakhouse vibe with dim lighting, wood accents, and a bar area where you can watch sports while eating. Service is attentive but not hovering, and the wine list has decent options if you're into that—nothing pretentious. Reservations are highly reccomended Friday and Saturday nights, especially if you want a table before 8pm when it gets really crowded.
